My name is Olesya, I’m originally from the Ukraine but have been living in London for most of my life now and consider myself a true Londoner. I have fallen in love with training while watching my father religiously swinging old-school cast iron kettlebells every morning and when I grew up I decided to pursue career in health & fitness. I have been in the industry since 2004, one of the very first few female personal trainers and extremely lucky to have been coached and mentored by world-renowned French-Canadian strength & conditioning coach Charles Poliquin. I have worked in some of the most exclusive gyms in the world - KX GYM, Equinox, Ultimate Performance (Mayfair) - where I had gained a wealth of knowledge and an invaluable hands-on experience, in particular Ultimate Performance. By now I have done over 25000 hours of 1-2-1 coaching!
