Few years ago I went through the most transformational journey of my life. Certain major life events occurred that had greatly impacted my sense of self and my well being.
I felt mentally unhappy, I started gaining weight through poor nutrition and lack of exercise, felt tired all the time, started to negatively think about my body and self image and was falling deep into a depressed mindset.
First time in my life I felt depressed, had no exercise routine, poor nutrition, tired and no light end of the tunnel.
Through the power of fitness I got back up on my feet again, I’ve rebuilt myself and my life. Through fitness, I’ve improved my confidence and self-esteem. I became healthier, happier and stronger. And since then, I have made it my mission to empower and support women do the same.
Nothing is more empowering than self-confidence.
Exercise not only changes your body, but it also changes your mind. It enhances your mood and sharpens your attitude.
We aren’t just working towards a physical change, we are changing our mindset and creating a full body + mind transformation.

I’ve been in the dark place and I know how it feels to be there. I know how deep you have to dig some days and exercise saved me. Fitness transformed my body, my mind and my life.
I’m so proud of myself for not giving up when I felt like giving up, for continuing with my goals even though the initial results were slow and disappointing. I’m so proud of myself for staying the course!
The biggest shift here was not the weight but the shift in my mindset. There’s nothing more beautiful than when you prove to yourself just how strong you are.
